Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a Consumer Guarantee automatically when making a purchase for product and services.

2. Damages and delivery issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Faulty products

If there's any warranty issues with the product that you have purchased from us, we will provide a solution under the ACCC Consumer Guarantee.

The solution is usually a repair, replacement, full refund, or a partial refund (if you decided that you still want to keep the product), depending on the circumstances. 

We offer 24 months warranty on power tools and 12 months warranty on battery, charger, cordless radio, cordless fan, vacuum.

Wearable part, accessories and attachments are limited to 3 months warranty subject to fair use, for examples:

Cutting Blade, Chucks, Collets, Brushes, O-rings, Bearings, Seals, Grinder Flanges, Dust Vent, Dust Bag, Vacuum Filter.

You return the product to us in person or by freight prepaid by you.

We will inspect and complete the warranty claim if it is found, on examination, to be suffering from a manufacturing defect; it has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, or been involved in an accident. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund, repair, or replacement  was approved or not.

If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

If product warranty is approved, we will send it back to you once it has been fixed, or send a replacement, we will pay for shipping cost in sending it back.

If the product has been damaged because it's suffered from excessive use or found that it has been tampered with, or subjected to misuse, neglect, or been involved in an accident. The warranty is void, and the product will be returned back to you at your own expenses.

Please note, if the product does not perform as expected, it can not be assumed that it is faulty automatically. A troubleshooting is to be carried out to confirm if the product is faulty or simply required maintenance or adjustments in order for it to work properly.

For example, a Chainsaw, which requires chainbar oil, tension adjustment and cleaning regularly. A Buelooth Radio's back-up battery required replacement in order for it to memorise paired bluetooth devices. A drill was put on a torque mode for drilling instead of the drill mode, which does not perform at the maximum drilling capacity. Also, please use genuine battery, because operating using a non-genuine battery is not recommended.

Within 30 days of purchase, we will cover postage for returning a faulty product due to manufacturing defects. After this period, the customer will be responsible for postage fees. Based on the specific circumstances, we may offer a full or partial refund, provide a new replacement, or complete the repair and cover the cost of sending it to you.

Please keep in mind that a warranty claim does not guarantee an immediate replacement or full refund. If you rely on these tools for work, you might consider purchasing them from a local shop as the delivery and repair process may take several weeks to complete.

4. Warranty Will Not Apply If:

a) Product has been tampered with or modified, used non-genuine battery and battery charger that had not been recommended by manufacturer.

b) Product has not been maintained in accordance with Manufacturer's instructions.

c) Product has been used in abnormal manner; for example, if the product is misused, dropped, crushed, impacted or exposed to extreme weather, dust, sand, mud or concreted, water, fire, oil, and not maintained properly.

d) Product serial number is altered, partially missing or removed (Manufacture Date is also part of the Product serial number where applicable).

e) If you returned a product that were not purchased from our store, such as the product serial number, and manufacturing batch number and manufacturing year that do not match our records, with sufficient & justified evidences, we will refuse to complete warranty for such product, and you would need to organise for it to be returned to you at your own expenses.  

f) If you returned the product claiming to be faulty but it was not faulty, often because of user's error or simply require settings or adjustment to operate properly.

For examples, drill setting was put on the wrong mode. Or a chainsaw was not properly tensioned or has been running without chains oils, not maintained according to manufacturer's instructions. Or the tool was not working because you were using a faulty battery. The product will be returned back to you at your own expenses. Please perform the troubleshootings and contact us for support.

5. Manufacturer's Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty is not applicable for our products, because we are operating as an independent reseller, and any claims must be made through our company rather than directly with the manufacturer.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) does not require manufacturers or sellers to provide Manufacturer's warranties. Instead, the ACCC protects consumers with consumer guarantees that apply automatically to all products and services.

6. Return Change of Mind Policy.

We do not offer change of mind return or exchange after the product has been sent.  For examples, customer received the product as described, but simply changed their mind; they found the product cheaper elsewhere; they didn't like the purchase or buyer's remorse. This is within our rights according to The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), as consumers are not entitled to a refund if they change their mind about a product or service or found it cheaper elsewhere.

7. Cancelling Orders

You may contact us to cancel your order if it has not been sent.

Please be aware that there's a cancellation fee to cover the cost of payment processing fees, the rate is 2% to 3% of the order amount depending on the type of card that was used to make the payment.

  • 2% for cards issued by Aussie’s Bank.
  • 3% for all AMEX cards and PayPal.
  • 3% for cards issued by Non-Australian’s Bank.
