By placing your order, you agree to our shipping policy outlined below.

We use Australia Post and Sendle (Aramex/Couriers Please) Shipping Services.

Free shipping may not be available for Oversized items.

Express shipping may not be available for bulky items.

1) Shipping Cost:

a) Free Standard Shipping for all shippable items on our store. Excluding oversized bulky item, which is stated on the product page.

  • Orders over $150 are shipped with insurance and usually require a signature for delivery.
  • Non-registered packages may be left without a signature if deemed safe.
  • We are responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, but not after delivery, including safe drop without a signature.

b) Express Shipping is offered for an extra fee, the express rate is determined at check-out based on your location and total order value, it is calculated by the system.

  • Express delivery parcel is registered and insured up to the value of your order purchase amount.
  • Express delivery insurance is provided by Australia Post, reach out to Australia Post with your tracking number for any claim inquiries.

In order to calculate express shipping accurately, please complete check-out separately for all express shipping items, do not combine with standard shipping items.

  • This means that when you are placing an order with items that require express shipping, do not combine them in the same checkout process as items with standard shipping; instead, create separate orders, one for just the express items and another for the Free standard shipping items, to ensure the correct express shipping cost is calculated based on the expedited delivery needed for those specific items alone.

    Delivery estimates are not a guarantee by shipping providers, please understand that we do not have any controls once it has been sent.

    3) Local Pick-up / Oversized items

    We may offer this option for oversized item which can not be posted, or special order pick-up. Please contact us for more information.

    4) Handling time

    We dispatch your order within same day or by end of next business day from Melbourne.

    5) Parcel Collection

    If the driver deems it unsafe to leave your parcel unattended at the premise, you may be required to retrieve it from a nearby collection point. In such cases, the driver will typically leave a collection card or send an SMS or Australia post notifications, for you to take to a secure collection point. It is important to note that each of the delivery partners has a unique collection location, such as a newsagents or convenience store, or Local Australia Post office.

    6) Return to sender Parcel

    Customers are responsible for retrieving their parcels from the Post Office, Parcel Locker, or Collection Centre. If a parcel is not collected within the designated timeframe and is returned to the sender, the customer will incur charges for re-shipping or a 10% restocking fee.
