By placing your order, you agree to our shipping policy outlined below.
We use Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please Shipping Services.
Free shipping may not be available for oversized items, or may not be available for NT and WA deliveries.
Express shipping may not be available for bulky items.
Delivery timeframes are estimated by the carrier and are provided as a guide only. These estimates are not guaranteed and commence from the date the parcel is collected by the courier or lodged with Australia Post.
1) Shipping Cost
a) Free Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available for all shippable items on our store, excluding oversized bulky items, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders over $150 are shipped with insurance and usually require a signature for delivery.
Non-registered packages may be left without a signature if deemed safe by the driver.
We are responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, but not after delivery, including parcels left via safe drop without a signature.
b) Express Shipping
Express Shipping is offered for an extra fee. The express rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and total order value.
Express delivery parcels are registered and insured up to the value of your purchase.
Express delivery insurance is provided by Australia Post; for claims, contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
Some items may not be eligible for express shipping. Click Shipping Methods and More shipping options on the product page to check availability.
To ensure accurate express shipping calculation:
- Please check out express items separately
- Do not combine express items with free standard shipping items
- If your order contains express-only items, place a separate order

3) Local Pick-up (Oversized Items)
Local pick-up may be offered for oversized or special-order items.
Please contact us for availability and arrangements.
4) Handling Time
Orders are dispatched same day or next business day from Melbourne.
Daily cut-off time: 2:30 PM.
5) Parcel Collection
If it is unsafe to leave the parcel, Australia Post may redirect it to a collection point and notify you via card, email or SMS.
6) Return to Sender Parcels
Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels.
Uncollected parcels returned to us will incur:
- Re-shipping fees or
- A 10% restocking fee
7) Order Verification & Security Checks
To protect our customers, we may perform additional verification on large or high-risk orders.
This may include verifying:
- Payment authorisation
- Recipient awareness of the purchase
- Valid shipping address (especially parcel lockers or incomplete addresses)
- That the order was not placed fraudulently
If verification is required, we will contact you. Orders will not be delayed unless we cannot reach you.
If we do not receive a response within one (1) business day, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued immediately.
